This Spacious newly updated 4 bedroom 3 bathroom Pool home is located in the gated golf community of Remmington
 

During the COVID-19 outbreak, we will clean all of our properties using the recommendations from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC)

The villa is located approximately 18 miles from Disney and 20 miles to Universal Studios.

It is also situated close to Orlando International airport.

Remmington has an 18 hole golf course, community pool, basketball and tennis courts, plus there is a jogging and fitness course throughout the development.

The villa entrance is very spacious with new flooring throughout. There is a large open plan kitchen dining area. The kitchen is fully equipped with all new Stainless Steel Appliances : Stove, Microwave, refrigerator, Toaster, Keurig Duo Coffee Maker (takes pods and can also brew a full pot), Dishwasher with a selection of cooking utensils and dinnerware, etc..

In the open plan living room there is a flat screen TV/cable and WIFI, plus enough seating for the entire family!, with a lovely view to the pool deck.

The spacious Master bedroom features a new King size modern bed, flat screen TV and a private en-suite bathroom with a walk-in closet.

The second Master is also spacious with a Queen bed and flat screen TV, en-suite with walk-in closet.

The 2 twin bedrooms have new modern beds and flat screen TV's. Both these rooms share the Jack and Jill bathroom.

The Smart TV's in all the bedrooms have Netflix/Amazon prime, you just need your log in to enjoy endless TV.

The villa also comes equipped with a washer, dryer, iron and ironing board to help you stay on top of your laundry during your stay.

In the games room you will find a Pool table, Tennis Table & Playstaion 4 (1 Controller supplied, please bring your own if more than one wants to play) with 2 gaming chairs.

Swimming Pool: The relaxing spacious pool area is fully screened with private pool, Rattan corner couch, sun loungers, table and chairs. Relax in the peace and tranquility and enjoy the plentiful sunshine, perfect for that Florida tan.

Your pool may be heated for an additional fee of $35 per day which will need to be paid for prior to arrival, this is recommended for stays during October through April.

There is a high chair, Foldaway cot & Stroller available to use.
