Community facilities include Tennis & Volleyball Courts plus a large community pool for you to enjoy during your stay. The property is in a perfect location with a Walmart, publix and several restaurants and shops just 5 minutes away. This 4 bedroom home has a master king bedroom, a queen bedroom with sliding door access to the pool, bunk beds (a full bed with twin on top) and a bedroom with two single beds. There is 2 en suites located in the master and queen rooms and one shared bathroom. The home comes with free wifi and pool heating comes with a charge of $30 a day. Please let us know in advance if you require this as the pool will take some time to reach your required temperature. This is recommended between October and April.
